How do I get started?

To get more information on one of our managed services plan please contact us to talk with one of our consultants. All of our plans are month-to-month with discounts offered on long-term contract commitments.

What happens at the end of the contract period?

At the end of your contract whether it is a monthly or long-term contract you will have the option to renew into a new term. We offer a grace period at the end of each contract to avoid any interruptions. Contact us for more information.

Do you accept purchase orders?

For additional hardware and software purchases we do accept purchase orders from our customers. We offer standard payment terms for all contracts and work with our customers to make billing as easy as possible.

Can I cancel my contract at anytime?

The month-to-month contracts can be cancelled at anytime and will continue to the end of the current monthly cycle uninterrupted before cancelling. Our long-term contracts are discounted based on a contract term and cancellation terms may vary for contracts.

What about emergencies or one time events?

The world of computers is getting more advanced and dangerous everyday and unexpected things can happen. For emergency situations such as a ransomware attack we are always available for our customers regardless of the plan.

Can I change my plan if needed?

All of our managed services plans are flexible and so are we. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your month-to-month plan our long term contract you can at anytime and your Acumind contact will work out the details with you.
